Eight retailers are moving into Bridgeport Village this fall, adding to what the Tigard mall's owner called a "landmark year."

CenterCal Properties, which owns the outdoor shopping center at 7455 SW Bridgeport Road, announced the new tenants Thursday, Sept. 17, in a news release first reported by The Oregonian. The lineup spans national home furnishing brands, a kitchen retailer with an in-store cooking school and two local food vendors.

"This has been a landmark year for Bridgeport Village," Erika Plummer, vice president of leasing for CenterCal Properties, said in the release.

Four of the eight stores sell home goods and furniture. Herman Miller, the century-old furniture maker now owned by MillerKnoll, opens Friday, Sept. 25.

City Home, a woman-owned Oregon furniture and decor retailer with showrooms in Portland, Bend, Lake Oswego, Cedar Hills and Vancouver, Wash., opens Thursday, Oct. 1.

Design Within Reach and kitchen retailer Sur La Table will also join the mall this fall. Sur La Table's location will be built around an in-store cooking school.

On the clothing side, FP Movement, an activewear spinoff of Free People, is headed to Bridgeport Village. The brand's only other Oregon location is in Bend's Old Mill District. Rothy's, a sustainable footwear company, opened its first Oregon store at the mall on Friday, Sept. 18.

Two local food businesses round out the list. Mikiko Mochi Donuts, a gluten-free and vegan bakery with locations in Portland, Beaverton and Portland International Airport, will open a Bridgeport Village storefront.

Miss Hannah's Gourmet Popcorn, a family-run business based in Newberg, already opened at the mall earlier in September. The company started small. A kettle corn stand at the Portland Farmers Market in 2001 grew into a multi-channel popcorn brand with more than 25 flavors, according to second-generation leader Hannah Jodoin's LinkedIn profile.

The eight fall arrivals follow earlier 2026 additions including baby gear retailer Nuna, cowboy boot brand Tecovas and eyewear brand Warby Parker.

Opening dates for FP Movement, Design Within Reach, Sur La Table and Mikiko Mochi Donuts have not been announced.
